I have been a massage therapist since June 2018. I aspire towards a holistic, blended treatment style that focuses on the relationship between the physical, emotional, and energetic, incorporating both therapeutic and relaxation modalities, as well as breathwork, mindful intention, and body neutral education. I wish to restore in my clients, a somatic relationship with the self that is based on compassion and understanding, rather than avoidance and pathology, to achieve a lasting treatment that expands into a thriving and joyous quality of life.
I graduated from Cortiva Institute (St. Petersburg), in June 2018 with Honors, 4.0 GPA, & Outstanding Academic Achievement.
I am certified in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and Reiki.
My Studio is located near the Historic Grand Central district of St. Petersburg, FL, at the CrossPoint Plaza office complex. My studio has been in operation since April 2024.
